1 litre vegetable juice a day for next 30days

I have decided to have 1 litre vegetable juice a day for next 30 days. So I can find some sort of result before Christmas. This juice is additional thing to normal solid food. But I already know I would not eat so much because I feel full with Juice already.

I made 2 litres this morning for me and my husband and we had all. I will make another 2 litres tomorrow morning. Beautiful green!

First one day Juice fasting

I am having my first one day Juice fasting at moment. It is quite hard for even just one day. I cannot imagine drinking juice only for 60days or even 10days.

Shiokoji with boiled eggs

I also add Shiokoji to boiled eggs as regular stock in my fridge.

I use "Shiokoji" with cucumbers regularly. If I leave cucumbers without Shiokoji, they wil go off too quickly and I have to through away too often.

Tile floor cleaning

Our gallery and office tile floors are getting dull and dirty with normal mopping over the years. This morning I have started scrubbing the floors with paste of Bicarbonate soda and Vinegar. It works. I will continue scrubbing the floor for a while.  
Since I came back from Japan last month, I feel guilty about the floor. It seems public area in Japan is getting cleaner and cleaner over the years - 30 years.

Never fail miso making

One of best thing ever done and doing for my health and cooking is making own miso paste. It is simple to make and never fail. Mould on miso during the process. This is a sign of success. Good Bactria is also working well. Just scrape the mould area and clean the container. Make the paste upside down. Press the pase to push air out by hands and a weight. Keep the container in room tenperature for further fermentation. Some paste is separated in small container to keep in the fridge to consume.

My favorate salad for lunch and dinner

 Of course it is a low carbo at home for lunch and dinner. There are green leaves, cucumber, avocado, cheese, walnut and onion dressing in the bowl. I had it with chicken burgers of lots of shallot and ginger today.
