Biscotti No.3, Vanilla+Almond




This Vanilla + Almond Biscotti recipe is from Donna Hay's book. The other recipe uses egg white only and this recipe uses whole egg. I do not have a good idea to use so many egg yolk after the biscotti. So I was interested in this recipe. Actuary this is not so good taste as the other one. It is simpler taste and not so moreish. But it is nice with ice cream. I am getting an expert of Biscotti soon.
