We do not have much night life. This was a rare thing to see the Christmas lights display at the Hunter Valley Garden. Our teenage daughter and 2 her friends came with us and it seems we all enjoyed.

Home camping 自宅でキャンプをする。
My daughter has camping at home yard regularly with her friends during school holiday since she became high school age. It was a biggest camping so far this time. Over 20 teenagers came and stayed for 2 nights in their tents. The high light event was bonfire. Australian people love outdoor activities but home camping is not a typical thing to do even in Australia. I think it is a great idea. We are lucky to have this space and facility in reasonably convenient location with beautiful surrounding. My daughter is learning to became a great event organiser.

最高のラザーニャ,The best creation in the world.
My teenage daughter took my lasagne to the party yesterday. A friend of her said " This is the best creation in the world!" on the other day when the friend pinched my daughter's lunch lasagne. So she took the lasagne for the party this time. It was very popular and all has gone. As this result, we concluded " We cannot eat any other lasagne any more". What a nice thing to a mother ! ( The image is a door stopper. This fabric corn shape stopper does not scratch the wooden floor. So it is nice too.)

Cholesterol
My husband has been complaining about his health condition and he said he must be diabetic. As you know he is very thin. He is not look like. After many tests, his doctor said he is definitely not a diabetic. But his cholesterol level is high, so he has to change his eating habit. No full cream milk or yogurt. No sweet biscuit and chocolate ......... He has just started swimming in the morning and he is actually feeling a lot better now.
So today I cooked "marinated chicken with steam greens" from the recipe book, the CSIRO total wellbeing diet book 2. It was quite good.
