Dinner - Chicken piccata, Potato salad, Eggplant with ginger & soy sauce, Pumpkin with wholegrain mustard & honey salad and a bowl of rice.
I try to make a week menu plan in advance. But still I make my mind each day and do small shopping everyday. But today I cooked with ingredients what we have in our fridge and pantry. I am quite happy with the lunch and dinner.
