Roast beef












My family is not vegetarian but we do not eat steaks much. Because we never cook right steaks at home, unless someone expert does at our BBQ party. But this roast beef is perfect for me to eat small piece of steak delicious. It is cooked on flying pan for 10 minutes ( 4 minutes for making brown colour and 6 minutes for cooking with sauce ) and leave in the sauce ( Say sauce and Rice wine) for 3 hours or more. It came out well even it is first time for me.
