One of my dream was having a commercial kitchen which means it is very practical. Almost it finished and my dream is becoming a real. I have a lot more dreams working in this kitchen. Sometime I feel I am very slow learner and slow achiever. But if a life is a journey, I definitely enjoy my journey.
